California Association of Realtors wanted to shift the spotlight — away from just transactions and toward the real human connection their agents bring to the process in a very disruptive way.

Plenty of brands had done customer testimonials. I wanted to go somewhere more unexpected. As writer and creative director, I gave the homes themselves a voice. Instead of the usual buyers and sellers, we let the houses share their stories — expressing gratitude to the realtors who cared for them, fixed them up, and found their perfect match. That’s how the HouseHeads were born.

The campaign tagline "Champions of Home" wasn’t just about being there for the clients — it was about being an advocate for the homes, too. Because in this world, realtors don’t just sell houses. They speak for them.
