Duff & Phelps needed a bold new voice to reflect the full scope of their financial expertise—beyond valuation, into M&A advisory, compliance, investigations, restructuring, and more. That insight sparked “The Power of the Ampersand,” a concept I developed as the foundation for a refreshed brand story. While not outward-facing, it became an internal rallying cry. I shaped the creative direction, building a striking visual identity where the ampersand served as both a graphic anchor and a symbol of everything extra the firm delivers. The result was a confident, modern presence that elevated the brand, made its depth unmistakably clear and won a Gramercy Institute Award.
